This Information Notice has been prepared by Tezulaş Fuar Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (“Company”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Personal Data Protection Law”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform. It is intended to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal grounds, the methods of collection, to whom and for what purposes the data may be transferred, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law.

Within the scope of your visit to our exhibition areas, the following personal data are processed:

Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:

To enhance the benefits and quality of the organization for exhibitors and visitors,

To plan exhibition content in line with participant and visitor expectations, to monitor effectiveness and ensure continuity,

To increase awareness of our exhibitions among participants, visitors, press, non-governmental organizations and public institutions, and to foster business collaborations,

To evaluate newly developed products and services and to determine and implement commercial and business strategies,

To carry out quality and standard audits,

To fulfill reporting and other legal obligations arising from applicable laws and regulations,

To respond to requests and audits from regulatory and supervisory authorities.
3. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data are processed, through automated and/or non-automated means, based on the legal ground set out in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law:
“Processing of personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, in line with the above-mentioned purposes and in compliance with the conditions stipulated under the Personal Data Protection Law:

5. Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law,
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,

Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,

Request notification of correction or deletion to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,

Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,

Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
